Test with load and nominal speed

How does it work?
To achieve the most realistic measurement, the unit under test is operated at nominal speed and applying load. The speed is recorded as well as the vibration on the surface. Combining both signals we get a so called orderanalysis. With this kind of analysis one can observe the influence on vibration of different states of operation. Even gears that are tested OK with standard measurements may be detected to cause vibrations after assembly. This method is suitable for electric drives, gears, pairs of gears, assemblies and gearboxes. Cycle times do allow 100% inspection in the production line.

What is the result?
  • Vibration maxima and resonances
    OK/NOK-information through evaluation of limits
  • Separation between rotational borne and modal vibrations
  • Detection of critical states of operation
  • Possibility to trace back to the source of vibration
